These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

We offer free and paid plans, including subscription plans billed monthly or yearly, and pay-as-you-go AI usage is billed through one-time credit purchases. Current prices and plan details are published on our Pricing page. By purchasing a paid plan or credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; taxes are calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (each month or year, depending on the plan you select) until you cancel as described below. One-time purchases are charged once at checkout. If your plan includes usage credits, credits may only be used within the Services and have no cash value. When multiple credit balances exist, credits expiring earliest are consumed first.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account or by contacting us at support@ailinkbuilding.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you will retain access to your plan benefits until then, and no further charges will be made.
If your plan includes credits that are refreshed each billing cycle, unused credits expire at the end of that cycle and do not roll over to the next cycle. Separately purchased credit packages are independent of your subscription status and remain subject to their own validity period.
Our Services are digital products that are delivered immediately upon payment, so refunds are limited to the circumstances described in this section. Except as required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable outside these circumstances.
How to request a refund. To request a refund, contact us at support@ailinkbuilding.net with your account email, the transaction ID or invoice number (available on your billing page), and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, we may issue it through another reasonable method.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@ailinkbuilding.net before contacting your bank or payment processor. We will respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and aim to resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
