Product and contact information: The product profile, images, and submission contact name/email you select are used to fill target websites. Your account email is not automatically substituted for your submission contact email.
Website content and activity: During a task, the extension reads the current page's simplified structure, visible text, field metadata, task-page URLs, and the assistant's actions. It filters standard password, hidden, and payment controls and redacts recognizable credentials, email addresses, and long sensitive numbers before saving activity records. Do not include unrelated secrets in the product profile or task instructions.
AI providers: Managed AI sends task context through AI Link Building to OpenAI. With your own key, task context goes directly from the extension to the provider endpoint you choose, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or an OpenAI-compatible service. Providers apply their own data-processing policies. Your own API key stays in this browser's local extension settings and is not sent to AI Link Building.
Authentication: The extension stores a revocable device connection locally. Our server stores hashes of access and refresh tokens. The extension uses the browser's existing website login sessions; it does not collect or upload directory passwords or browser cookies.
Retention: Detailed redacted assistant activity is retained for up to 30 days. Submission status, result URLs, evidence summaries, and product profiles are retained until you delete the associated records or account. The extension retains the latest 20 local sessions. Uninstalling the extension removes its local data; you can revoke a device in Browser devices settings.
Sharing and use: Target websites receive the information you submit. AI providers receive the context needed to perform your task. We use this information to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the submission assistant, not for personalized advertising or resale. Human access to task data is limited to your explicit support consent, security needs, legal requirements, or aggregated internal operations permitted by the Chrome Web Store policy.

Our use of information received through Google APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell browser activity or use it to determine creditworthiness. Optional website access can be revoked in Chrome's extension settings.
